Susan has a wealth of experience in new developments in Central London. She is a qualified chartered surveyor and has worked for a range of major property companies in London. She has been responsible for selling properties in a range of premier residential developments including Montevetro, Kensington Green, Wycombe Square, Trevor Square and Chelsea Harbour and more recently in Holland Park Villas, Cheyne Terrace and One Hyde Park.

Emma has over 12 years’ experience selling properties in central London. Having graduated with a French degree from Oxford Brookes University, she joined Winkworth’s Pimlico and Belgravia sales department. She then spent over 10 years at Hamptons International selling high end flats and houses in Fulham, Kensington and Notting Hill. Emma has built up in depth knowledge of London’s prime developments including Kensington Green, Thornwood Gardens, Royal Gate Kensington, Wycombe Square and Academy Gardens.

Hayley McCallum

Hayley McCallumLettings Manager / Sales Negotiator

Hayley joined Jo Webster Properties in 2020 as the Office Administrator and PA to Jo and has been an integral part of the team ever since. She manages and runs our lettings department and is also a part of the sales team, whereby she brings her personal and approachable touch to all her client relationships. Hayley graduated with a degree in Tourism and Airline Management from University in Edinburgh and has previously worked overseas in several countries including the UAE, accumulating a wealth of experience working for a luxury airline.

Tallulah Pollock

With a strong academic background, Tallulah possesses excellent creative and organisational skills, which she effectively applies in her current role. Graduating with a degree in Graphic Design, she integrates her expertise into our marketing initiatives while also managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the company. A motivated and detail-oriented individual, she is dedicated to providing the best possible support for both the team and our clients.
